Basic Authentication Retirement

I'm wondering about the plans of Microsoft retiring Basic Authentication on Exchange Online. Does this affect CRM Integration and if it does what are Sage's plans?

We're already having to draw up plans to handle the retirement of TLS 1.0 and 1.1 as we speak.
