I assume the Opportunities have the oppo_stage set?

Those stats are produced using the following SQL Query, so I would run the below in Management Studio and take a look and compare what is returned against the records you are expecting in the Opportunity table.

We start new opportuniities at Stage=Lead, Status=Active and we progress through a workflow.  One small thing that I noticed.  On the screen, the field is called Campaign/Wave Activity:  However, what gets displayed in the field is Campaign/Wave (Wave Activity is not shown)

The Campaign Report tab is looking for the WaveItems.WaIt_WaveItemId value
You can check your oppo_waveitemid field

Apologies. As an administrator you can access the Opportunity fields and their properties from Administration -> Customisation -> Opportunity -> Fields

Let me know how your admin gets on and if I can help any further.

Thanks Sean.  OK - Hmmmm - no oppo_waveitemid field listed.  That seems strange

But there is such a field in the lead entity:

Yes, that will drive the Campaign Reports tab Lead breakdown.
I am not sure why the oppo_ waveitemid isn't there as its a core field (shouldn't be able to delete through the front end)

If needed though you could always modify the vCampaignOpportunities view to join on the Wave table

Yeah - it was right there. 
Caption is Campaign/Wave Activity.  I wasl looking in the W's.  So the field is there.  The Search entity is set to Waves, not Waveitems as in your screen shot.  I wonder if that's the problem.
