Is this list for a custom entity?

Yes.  It is possible.  But it would involve quite a bit of fiddling with the javascript that provides the functionality. And then it would be vulnerable to breaking on upgrade.

Orders is not a standard list within the My CRM menu.

That's a custompage!  Why not change the way in which the filter works?

It is a page that sits under "Custom Pages".  However, it is an "Out of the Box" page correct?  Did I create that page and forget? Lol!

This line tells the page which user to use.  Do I add something here?

It looks like you have got quite a simple list page.  I think you would need to change it so that it has a filter box.

Thank you for the link.  However, I think the link explains how to add a filter box to the screen.  This different than what I am trying to do.  This is a list in MyCRM.  It allows you to pick a "selected" user.  I want to limit the names that appear on the 'selected user" list.  Maybe i am confused so I will take another look.

Also, it has been a while since I looked at the filterbox article.  However, my recollection is that I could not get it to work (adding a filter box to a list screen).  I think the solution is down in the comments of that article (the original article is old (2009) and it is not completely clear on what the correct answer is.  I do need to add some filter boxes to some list screens so I will be utilizing the article.  Hoping I can get a filter box to work on a custom list page.
