Mailchimp Field Limit

Hello,

I know the SageCRM documentation says that MailChimp integration is limited to 30 fields.

One of our customers has a MailChimp premium account which normally allows 80 fields.

Does anyone know if SageCRM 2019R2 or 2020R1 support lists of 80 fields for MailChimp Premium Integration  ?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Claude

    I can't speak with experience of MailChimp Premium, but all CRM does with a new list is to send over 30 fields, if there are fields already existing in MailChimp they have to be deleted first else the sending fails because the limited is exceeded.

    If Premium allows 80 fields, then CRM will still send it's 30, but you have room to do whatever you want with the extra.

    So at a guess I believe they'll be fine. But will see if Sage correct me

    Hi Matthew, 

    I will open a ticket because we are getting errors when we try to configure more than 30 fields and I need an official answer on this matter. I will post back the answer I will receive for the benefit of others.
