The screen that you open should be addressable by the clientside API - you can add a file into the custom JS folder than can then change the screen in other ways too.

Jeff:  Customizing outbound call tabs contained what I was looking for.  I created an asp page that contained a Communication List based on Key2 from the URL.  I added it to the Outbound Calls tab.  Thank you for pushing me in the right direction!
