Renaming a team

It's been a while since I did anything with CRM. Several years in fact. Something came up recently and I recall this being a problem that didn't have an obvious way of doing it, or how you actually did it wasn't as simple as it should be. Renaming a team. I specifically remember this not being as straightforward as you'd expect. What is the process of renaming a team without deleting it and recreating a new one?

    It isn't hard to change a team (channel) name.

    You can change the name BUT you then need to change the translation.  

    When you rename a team, you must manually change the translated caption. This caption is displayed in team list drop-downs.
    Click | Administration | Customization | Translations. Type Channels in Caption Family and click Find.

    Ahh, yes I knew I recalled there was an extra step. At least CRM warns of you that now... although it is not stated in the admin guide. Internally we're still using 7.1 (don't go there) and that certainly doesn't which a previous employee found out when trying to do just this Slight smile
