Upcoming Microsoft changes to Exchange Web Services (EWS)

Hopefully someone from Sage CRM development team has been looking into this and may know what affects the changes will make if using CRM's Exchange integration with O365 as Basic Authentication will no longer be used from 13th October 2020.

Hi Chris

We are on this. Sage CRM 2020 R2 (due August 2020) will have this covered. We currently considering how to support users working with older versions. Please 'watch this space' for further news about this.
