Is your workflow rule based on the table 'onlineexits' or on a view that joins both 'onlineexits' and 'goods'?

Have you tried typing in the name of the field directly with the merge characters?  e.g. #prefix_mycustomfield#

Yes I tried typing my fields from other table on email details

as  picture bellow

And if you change the workflow rule to use a view does that change the fields available?
