Hi SAGE staff, We are a little bit lost about how to identify our administrator (supervisor) user. Our internal implementation project team was changed an we are digging in how to figurate out who's the administrator user, in order to begin using SAGE system.
Once a administrator user login into SAGE, does something special appear in the administrator user screen, or an specific option in the menu tab different of the other users? Could you share with us a screenshot or an image of it? Regards.
When someone with Full Admin or Info Manager rights logs on to CRM they will have the "Administrator" button appear under the profile icon.
If you have access to the SQL database, you could run the following query to identify them.
select user_logon, user_fullname from vUsers where User_Per_Admin = '3'
