Placing a New Order Through Sage CRM 2018R3 to Sage300c 2019

SUGGESTED

Good day to everyone. I'm hoping someone might be able to help. Let me 1st say I'm very new to Sage. This is my 1st time in having to work with it. We just performed an upgrade to Sage CRM to 2018 R3. Also, I've upgraded our Sage300c to 2019 and have a 2nd server set up for the Web Screens. It seems all is working except when a new order is placed through CRM to populate into Sage 300c. I can fill out the new order and add a line item, but when I go to click the [POST] button, it gives the following error:

"Please correct the following Issue(s):
* A problem occurred and the Order could not be posted. Please try again.
* The Sage CRM Synchronization Component is not installed. Run Sage CRM Workstation Setup to install the Sage CRM Synchronization Component."

The EW66A\Component\Setup has been run, and I've clicked the [Test} button and it shows successful. I've even ran it and tried a repair, with the same results. When I do a new order, and DO NOT put a line item in, and click post, it works and shows up in Sage300c just fine. I've tried different things and am currently at a loss. I was hoping someone here might have come across this and found a fix. Thank you in advance for any help.

    Did you ever find a solution to this?  We are running into what sounds like exact same issue with the current versions of Sage 300 and Sage CRM, and so far are getting nowhere.  As far as we can tell, all other integration is working as expected.

    Have you asked the same question in the 300 forums?  There may be more people familiar the integration there who can help.

    Thanks.  It turns out that either the instructions for setting up the Sage 300 / CRM Integration are wrong, very poorly worded, or there is a bug somewhere.  We had installed the E/W component with the Sage300 install; per the instructions, then activated and configured it.  What we did not do was run the Workstation Setup application on the server after the initial install (which the documentation does not appear to instruct us to do).  After running that, the issue appears to be resolved.

    Noting for betterment of others, this is what we needed to run on the server:

    [Sage300ProgramDirectoryOnServer]\EW68A\COMPONENT\AccpacCRMWS.msi
