We are working with a client who has a new IT company. They have asked questions regarding Citrix XenApp that I do not know the answers to. I am looking for the "sage" response to these. This is in reference to our 2018 Software Support Matrix:
- Do you support Citrix XenApp 7.18
- Can you elaborate on why multi- server environment is not supported with CRM?
- When a company uses Citrix XenApp environment with a publish Desktop it is best practice that roaming profiles are used. Please explain how this will affect the use of CRM in this type of environment?
If I could get the Sage response to this that would appreciated.
