Sage CRM Mobile - No dates for appointments?

Hoping to get a confirmation or some assistance with the weekly calendar view for Sage CRM mobile. We have had several clients inquire about this and we have looked into it and cannot find a solution. Clients are using the Week view when on their calendar and when you scroll down to the appointments, it does not tell you which day the appointments are on. I checked this on my phone and it appears the same way for me. (Please see picture below.)

Is this the standard? Is there anywhere to modify this? If this can be modified, a shove in the right direction would be greatly appreciated as this seems to be an issue for mobile users.

Thank you!! The screenshot shows three different days of appointments...but you cannot tell which day they are on Mon, Tues, Wed..etc or which date. Is there some setting we are missing to display this information? Any assistance will be appreciated!! We are using CRM 2017.

    Can you confirm which screen you are looking at. What are the steps you've taken to get to this screen?

    Jeff: I am using Sage CRM Mobile 2.0 with Sage CRM 2017 R2. I got to my screen from the main menu by selecting MyDesk-->Calendar. I can also get there by selecting Calendar from the main menu. No matter how I get to the calendar, it looks the same.

    It looks like I am in the same place you are. However, I don't have any days or dates. This is on our system and our clients system looks the same way...no dates. Is there something we need to install?

    OK. I am being dense. Are you using the Mobile App or the Mobile Theme - I just need to be sure.

    Never dense! I am using Sage CRM mobile...not the app. On my iphone, I am going out to the web and entering our url.

    When I reviewed the Mobile Guide, it referred to two types... Sage CRM Mobile Apps and Sage CRM Mobile. I am using Sage CRM Mobile. When I am at the login screen, it says .... Sage CRM Mobile 2.0 with Sage CRM 2017 R2

    Sorry - I was sucked into other works and got distracted. I think you mean the App and not the mobile theme. Are you using this on iPhone or on Android?

    I don't think I can help you with the Mobile App. It is what it is.

    We are not using the App and using an iPhone. On the iPhone, we are going out to the internet and typing in the url. We are not using an app from the App store.

    I was trying to use the terminology that is in the Mobile User's Guide. They seem to define them as follows...

    Sage CRM Mobile Apps = iPhone App

    Sage CRM Mobile = Internet/URL

    Therefore, we are using Sage CRM Mobile.

    Are we able to change this area if not using the App on the iPhone? It seems odd not to see any dates and just a list of appointments. Users don't know which days the appointments belong to.

    If this is the Mobile Theme that is being used.

    That go to

    Administration -> Customisation -> Communication

    For the Mobile Device (iPhone, Blackberry Nokia etc)

    and look under CommunicationToDoList

    What are the fields included in the list?
