Exchange Sync Error

Exchange Sync worked for a year, but suddenly since monday it does not for my user. Exchange configuration proctol Shows the following error every 5 minutes:

  • Has anyone ever found the cause of this? Having this issue currently at a client (Sage CRM 2018 R3)

    My theory for a plausible cause for this error. The error occurs when a duplicate record is found in the ‘recordstate’ table in CRM (two records with the same localid), my theory is that this happens when a meeting is created and then edited shortly after, which results in a “record created” and “record edited” state entry in the table before the first could be processed thus resulting in a duplicate entry.
