CAN'T LOGIN SAGE CRM

    The most common reason for this message is that the application (the eware.dll) can't connect to the database. Is this happening on a production server?

    The screen shot that you shared showed that you are looking at an earlier version. I recommend that you speak with your local Sage office or partner and get them to give you Sage CRM 2017 R3 which is the current release.

    That are a few things that may have gone wrong during installation of the trial system. When you install Sage CRM as a trial you have to decide whether or not to use your own instance of SQL Server - you also have the option of installing SQL Server Express. You will need to make sure that the database is running and Sage CRM can access this.

    You business partner should be able to talk you through this process.
