Hi.
Our SageCRM seems to be a little sluggish.
I was wondering if anyone can tell me what type of SQL script I could run at night on the SageCRM database?
I look forward to a reply.
Thanks,
Stephane
Hello.
Further more to my request.
I found this article that explained how to setup a weekly maintenance subplan on CRM.
I wanted to confirm that this is a good thing to run weekly or is it over kill (?)
1) Rebuild Index Task
2) Reorganize Index Task
3) Execute a T-SQL with the following steps:
[sourcecode language=”sql”]
Use CRM
Go
ALTER DATABASE CRM SET RECOVERY SIMPLE WITH NO_WAIT
DBCC SHRINKFILE(CRM_log, 1)
ALTER DATABASE CRM SET RECOVERY FULL WITH NO_WAIT
[/sourcecode]
I understand that Step 1 and 2 are similar - except 1 can take much longer.
However, I have a database of 30GB and plan to run this at midnight on a Sunday.
See attached image for Screenshot.
Thoughts?
