Sage CRM R1 Calendar doesn't appear from external access

Hi community,

we got an issue with the new calendar function. When a customer log on the crm from an external client the calendar wont appear.

Is the calendar using a new service or does it use the tomcat?

Are there new ports for the firewall or do we need other features for it?

    The new calendar uses the tomcat server.

    Are you also having trouble accessing the interactive dashboard from an external client?

    If so there may be a problem with your CRM server resolving your FQDN & there are a couple of things you can do:

    1. Update your hosts file on the CRM server so that your Fully Qualified Domain name (yourdomain.com) resolves to 127.0.0.1

    2. Update your IIS rewrite rules on the sdata web app and replace {C:1} with localhost or 127.0.0.1 in the Rewrite URL

    Hi Kevin,

    it was an internal Problem with the Firewall. There was no approval for the ports auf the Tomcat. The Server allow the ports but the Client could not connect on the ports.
