I do agree sage crm has amazing in application notifications supported by email notifications, but has any developer played with with the javascript library (notify.js) or equivalent to generate browser notifications related to Sage crm events? I find that extremely interesting to especially intimate users (logged into crm) or not accessing crm in the browser at that moment to receive notifications related to crm and the events such as record created / assigned. saves the idea of having to create a separate desktop notifications engine for a web application.
