Ver 7.3 screen not displaying properly on iPhone through Safari (not the app)

Hi...hoping someone can assist me with some strange behavior on my iphone.

I am trying to access Sage CRM on my iPhone through safari. I can get to the login page and login fine. However, once I login, the screen does not display properly. I have tried this on several different iphones and I get the same result. Therefore, it does not seem to be "my" iPhone. Here is the strange piece, if I try it on my ipad. It works fine. Both devices are using IOS 9.2. This is a screen shot of what is displaying. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it.

Also, what screens are used by CRM when you login from a mobile device?

    I can't tell you why it is behaving like that, but I can point you in the direction of the screens it uses.

    If you go to the screens tab in customisation of the entity you want to look at, from the below drop down:

    Select the 'mobile devices'. If you then choose the screen, in this example the company summary:

    You will see it matches what is shown on the mobile device:

    Toby ... thank you for your assistance. I apologize that I did not respond previously...but for some reason emails from the community are no longer coming to me!?!?!?!

    I did figure out a resolution to this piece by going to Devices in the Administration area, adding a New Device called IPhone and then adding the correct user agent for the latest IOS for IPhone. That resolved getting a menu to come up...but nothing went anywhere so I used this article to get it setup community.sagecrm.com/.../sage-crm-for-iphone-configuring-menus-and-links.aspx

    Everything seems to work fine now except the back button in the MyDesk and MyTeam area. Do you know how I might go about trouble shooting why those buttons are not functioning? If you drill down to a day on the calendar and then try to hit the back button located by the Home button. You don't go anywhere.
