Win32 Error code -1073741502 on sending reports to PDF

Hello,

Has anyone seen the following error when sending reports to PDF?

It appears to be random, and an IIS Reset appeases it for an amount of time. I cannot find any documentation on what that specific error may be referring to.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks,

Toby

    Hi,

We'd had it reported once on 7.0, but the case never really went anywhere (we supplied a DLL, but the customer was too busy to want to add a debug DLL to their environment, and then the issue just went away). All I can say is that in that instance it was definitely environmental rather than in the data.

The issue seems to be due to an inability to load class files, so my guess is that it's due to something affecting the LOCALCLASSPATH environment variable. As a test, I'd try hard-coding that in the fop.bat and see what happens.

    Thanks,
    Rob

    Hello Rob,

We have currently the exact same issue on one of our customer installation.

We have tried to hard-code the LOCALCLASSPATH in the fop.bat file as you suggested; without success...

Have you another idea to give us?

For info, the customer is on 2019R2

    Thanks,

    Matt
