there are chances it is clashing with an older version of sage crm outlook integration, can you ensure the addons are loaded correctly?
Hi Kannan, that's a good thought. We used to have sage from on premise and the exchange plugin on these machines. They are uninstalled but perhaps there's a trace in the registry and other places. Do you have an instructions to thoroughly remove all traces of from on premise and plugin by any chance? Thanks, Matt
