Hi All Has anyone successfully managed to get this to work or can anyone point me to resources that my help? machine one = 32bit windows 7 32bit office 365 Plugin Loads but then we are getting an error message when we click on any of the icons on the addon tab in outlook. "Exception in Sage synchronisation framework exception handler:object reference not set to an instance of an object" machine two = 64bit windows 8 32bit office 365 Plugin Loads but this time different error message when clicking the icons on the addon tab in outlook "Cannot Login to CRM - currently installed version of CRM Outlook Plug-in is not compatible with current version of Outlook! Please reinstall the CRM Outlook plugin. stumped - a crm system is not much use with integration with exchange! cheers
