Mobile Access

Hi, everyone!

I am new to Sage CRM and have changed the access for mobile to true.

However, when trying to access from my android browser, I keep getting

the message that my log-in is not correct. Is there a specific log-in I need

for mobile?

Also, I am looking at the device list in Advanced Customization/Devices and notice

that for the Android device listed, it says for the field "Based on Device" "iphone".

Not sure why it would be set up this way but as I am new to Sage, I hesitate to change

something that was set before I got here.

Sorry to ask such basic questions.
