Sage CRM 7.2 - Custom Entity - Replace Image for NEW

Hi,

I have created a new custom entity and created a new .GIF file to represent it.

I have copied various different sized versions of the image to different locations, for example:

ENTITY_NAME (75x64 Version of the Image)
small_ENTITY_NAME (25x25 Version of the Image)
related_ENTITY_NAME (18x18 Version of the Image) ALL to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\default\Icons\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\Color1\Icons\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\Color\Icons\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\neutral\Icons\

small_ENTITY_NAME (50x50 Version of the Image) to:


C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\default\Icons\Summary
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\Color1\Icons\Summary
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\Color\Icons\Summary
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\CRM\CRM\WWWRoot\Themes\Img\neutral\Icons\Summary

But how do I replace the image in the context menu when you right click "New", e.g.

    Hi Julian,

    What I understood from below post is that, you are trying to change the Custom entity image under the Main Menu    à New section. To do the same you have replaced the new images in below maintained locations. JFYI, to achieve the same you have to do below additional steps.

    1. Login to the CRM as an admin user.
    2. Go to Administrator → Advance Customization → System Menus.
    3. Select the New menu group from the list.
    4. Select the Entity name from group content.
    5. Under the properties select the your image name in the Bitmap selection field.
    6. Click on update and then hit save button.

    Once done check the same.
