Hi,

I was wondering what options are available to customise the mobile applications, specifically adding workflows to the apps?

Hi David,

The screens and fields in the Sales Lite for iPhone app are not editable. This is something we're reviewing for future releases.

You can do quite a lot of customisation with the optimised web themes though (here is a blog article which shows how to add custom entities to the mobile app. community.sagecrm.com/.../adding-custom-entities-to-iphone-crm.aspx). Unfortunately workflow is not available in the mobile app through customisation.
