Forecasting

Our company needs to report on forecasting by client rather than by sage crm user. Does anyone have ideas on how we could go about this as we have been told that we would need to look at customization, which comes at a cost? We have about 12 blue chip clients that we need to report on forecast vs actual YTD - this would be a great help.

    Hi,

    It would be a report based on a custom view, but I cannot invisige it taking a lot of work.

    When you say by customer, is it that you have multiple opportunities under each customer with a forecast attached to each? And then, do you have orders which would total the YTD?

    If you could confirm for me: -

    1. What would make the total forecast.

    2. What would make the total YTD.

    3. Which date you are looking at for it to be the year to date (created, opened etc.).
