Integrated CRM for the Sage 200cloud suite powered by Qnect.

To support existing integrated customers, we are pleased to formally announce the partnership between Sage and Qmulus.

This solution became available in the UK in January 2020 and from 1st December 2020 it’s also available in Ireland.

Danny Lewis – Director of Qmulus Solutions comments: “We are delighted to have partnered with Sage on providing the new Sage CRM to Sage 200 Integration. We are committed to the continued development of the integration between two core Sage medium segment products and are looking forward to working with partners to help them deliver all the benefits an integrated CRM solution provides to their customers.

The Qnect integration is a powerful solution designed to integrate Sage 200cloud and Sage CRM moving forward, and the great news is that it also integrates with Sage 200cloud Standard, opening the door to more possibilities.”

By separating the two solutions, we create clear focus and allow partners to deliver an implementation message to support the business. Customers still benefit from a rich integration, but gaining all the following benefits:

  • Reimagined integration using a slick, growing API.
  • Upgrade simplicity: a version agnostic upgrade instead of strict pairing.
  • Agile release process: by removing the paired integration we can launch the Sage CRM version to our UKI market within a shorter period following a global release.
  • Reduced upgrade costs: by removing the strict version pairing it significantly reduces the number of testing & implementation days that partners will need to deliver.
  • Clear focus during the sales cycle that CRM is an additional offering to enhance their business needs.
