Recent Enhancement to the GUMU Sage 100 / CRM integration announced by My CRM Manager.

My CRM Manager is the agent for Greytrix in North America. Greytrix is a foremost international Sage CRM ISV with add-ons listed on the Sage Marketplace.  My CRM Manager has announced a recent enhancement to the GUMUTm Sage 100 / CRM integration.  Their press release is below.


Recent Enhancement to the GUMUTm Sage 100 / CRM integration

Greytrix’s Sage 100 to CRM integration (aka GUMUTm) continues to rapidly add tangible improvements. Recent enhancements include:

  • From the Inventory lookup feature, users can drill into an item to see where, when, and to whom a product was either quoted on or sold
  • New graphical representation of a customer’s buying history available from the company summary screen as well as from the Accelerator interface
  • Several enhancements to the Order Processing system including performance enhancements, as well as the ability to check inventory quantities mid-quote across multiple warehouses

Especially since the July 28th CRM conference, more Sage 100 partners seem to be waking up to this deep and progressive integration. Here is a recent interview conducted by Dan Cousins of My CRM Manager with Anthony Volpe of The LLB Group (Sage 100 partner).

In this interview, Anthony shares his opinions on why the GUMUTm has been so impactful for their Sage 100 customers who use Sage CRM. The LLB Group’s positive experiences with the GUMU and in working with Greytrix will help other Sage 100 partners realize the significant value gained by the integration and Sage CRM in general.
