Sage CRM 2020 R2 has been released today Friday 7th August 2020 as 'GA' to each of the Sage regions and countries. This doesn't mean that it will then be globally available for all customers — the local release of the software is down to each local Sage team and their need to coordinate support around the release of the different accounting integrations.

This release is focussed on improving the features of the integration with Mailchimp and ensuring a user has complete freedom to work with the browser of their choice.
