Chrome update causing prompts in CRM

Hi

We have had a couple of customers complaining that Chrome is keep prompting them to leave the site when they click on different tabs. I have tested this by upgrading Chrome to Version 113.0.5672.64 (Official Build) (64-bit) and then it I click on any of the tabs in my CRM I get the following  message "Leave site? Changes that you made may not be saved"  The CRM version I'm using is 2022 R2.1 Customers are on 2022 R2.

Anyone got the same issue getting them to use Edge resolves it but customers prefer Chrome.

    Unfortunately, this does not work for us for our CRM 2022 R2.    I change the file on the server, do an IIS reset, Clear all cache and do a full metadata refresh.  Note that Edge (Version 113.0.1774.35 (Official build) (64-bit)) (which is based on Chronuim) is also affected by that issue.
