2022 R1 : CRM Email Manager with OAuth 2.0 returns error

Hello,

We are trying to set up CRM Email Manager with OAuth 2.0 and Exchange 365

Email Manager is working fine with classic Authentification but we cannot rid of this error with OAuth 2.0 :

"Exception connecting to mail Server : Logon Failure : unknown user or bad password"

We followed this procedure : https://help.sagecrm.com/on_premise/en/2021R1/Administration/Content/Administrator/EC_ConfigureOAuth2.0.htm

We triple check everything, recreated the app, changed mailbox, changed users...

We also tried to put 2022 R2 ewaremanager service with no luck.

Did we miss something ?

    I had a similar issue with an upgraded CRM.
    I noticed in the database that the EmSe_AuthAccessToken was not being filled in after the OAUTH callback was made. I deleted and recreated the same Email Management options within CRM. After that a token was stored in the CRM database and everything started working.

    It was exactly this problem, EmSe_AuthAccessToken and EmSe_AuthRefreshToken were blank.

    From an upgraded CRM.

    I deleted and recreated the mail management and everything is working now.
