We are using to SAGE CRM 200 since 2016 and it was reported that the product will support Outlook and calendar. Among this two years of time sage is not able to provide a 64 bit outlook component Which can synchronize our MAIL and CALANDER data.

It is very had to manage mail and calendar in two place. Entire Glob is worried about Data breach and they used to support with the latest versions and patches. But sage is not worried about the Outlook plugins. More funny thing is that the third part components are there to Update Sage CRM data from Outlook, which support 64 bit office.
