Sage CRM - Office 365 integration and shared calender's

Hi,

Apologies if there is already a thread linked to this but this is my first post as we have a bit of an emergency.

We currently in the process of having Sage CRM implemented and I've now been told by our support partner that it's not possible to integrate an on-premise Sage CRM installation with Office 356, shared mailboxes.

Is this true and it not, I don't suppose somebody could point me in the right direction to a technical contact that could offer some advice please?
