Upload problems

Good afternoon everyone,

We have been using CRM Cloud for a while now and while there are a few issues that we are learning to live with there is one that is really starting to frustrate us. When uploading anything such as saving an edited word document back to CRM, saving a free line text item or uploading documents in the document tab, more often than not it doesn't work. The edited quote is not saved in CRM or the line item doesn't appear in the quote screen. We have to start the mail merge/edit again and occasionally if we add the line item again it gets added twice.

Sage have checked if there are any server issues which they is not and the only thing I can think of is that our upload speed is too slow. At an average of 0.4 mbps it is really slow but Sage have said they don't have a recommended upload or download speed for running CRM.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did you manage to fix it? Do you think it is our upload speed?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as it is getting to the point that our directors are thinking about cancelling the CRM as it is becoming increasingly frustrating and putting people off using the CRM.
