Calendar Gadget Does Not Follow User Timezone

Hi all,

I have found what appears to be a calendar gadget bug within Sage CRM. The issue is as follows:

The CRM we've implemented is based on the (UTC -4:00) timezone, this is the timezone we've set on the server. The user on the other hand is located in the (UTC +12:00) timezone which is set on their local machine as well, under the user preferences in Sage CRM. When the user logs in, the calendar gadget's date is defaulted to for example "12/3/2013", but if the user creates a 'quick appointment' through this gadget for 2:00am-2:30am. The appointment does not show up on 12/3/2013 @ 2:00am-2:30am. Instead, the appointment shows up as 12/2/2013 @ 10:00am-10:30am ON the gadget.

The strange thing about this is that the appointments appear to display fine within the Calendar Tab though.

Is this a bug within CRM or am I missing a setting? Any help would be appreciated.
