I can't pin down any particular problem here other than I have 2 situations that, in my opinion, I should not be in.

The first is that I have orders in my system that have reference numbers in the form "QT-1234/1". Obviously this is the quote reference number. Why has the reference number not changed to "ORD-1234/1"?

The second weird thing and this is on the same system, is that I've had a number of quotes and orders in the system that have a deleted flag of null but the opportunity deleted flag is 1. How can an opportunity get deleted without cascading the delete to the quotes and orders?

I cannot replicate either of these. It just seems to happen randomly. The customer is on v7.1h standalone standard.
