Hello again!

I have been experiencing an issue in SageCRM Cloud as of late. We run a weekly report that gathers quote and order data, activity data and Lead data for the previous week and last 30 days. I received 2 complaints from the sales team today about items not appearing that were input into the CRM system. The first is the Synchronized e-mails from Outlook add-on, which have a Communication type of E-mail out, but when running an appointment summary report, this option was not appearing and many communications were failing to be gathered. I resolved this issue by removing the communication type from the report (problem solved!).

The other complaint has been with Quotes/Orders. One of our sales people mentioned that his quotes did not show up on the weekly report, even though he had input them. On further digging, I discovered that he had input them (checked via MyCRM>Opportunities). I went to the find menu and chose quotes for the previous week Created By that sales member. What do I find? Nothing. Not a single quote created last week.

So, being the detective on these things, I went into the opportunity and opened up the quote. Since only the opened date can be altered by sales staff, I checked created date. Sure enough, it had been created LAST week. So my question is, why are some quotes showing up and some are not? This is really important as the sales managers use the reports for following the sales activity of all of the reps. I do not want incorrect information going out and punishments occurring because of it. Please help!!!
