File email in CRM from Outlook

I am getting an error when I try to File an email inot CRM from Outlook.

Everything works fine if I just click on "File e-mail" and then on the "File email" button, hoever if I try to modify the "File e-mail(s) against the following taget(s)" I am getting the following error:

ErrorMessageStandard

Has anyone found the solution to this error?

I have the same problem having switched our inhouse system to use Exchange integration over the weekend and have raised it with local Sage support. A workaround that we are using is to remove the company details from that screen, and then use the Add button to select either a different company, or to associate the email with a case/opportunity. I'll post the answer when it gets resolved.

Sage support here are advising that this is a known issue scheduled to be resolved in CRM 7.2, which I believe is expected within the next six months.

Is this a reasonable solution for a progromatic issue? What if the customer is not ready to upgrade due to significat cutomizations?
