  • Whoops, sorry, I hit <ENTER> accidentally.  I was just clarifying how screen sizes, human eyesight and often during webinar, we need to either zoom in our out of a browser.  Shouldn't CRM continue to display the content of the screen under different zoom settings?  If not, that's what would be good to know so I could share with clients when the raise the issue.  Thanks.

  • Thanks Ocean.  When I explain this to clients, they typically think it's a bug in the UI.  Given all the different screen sizes we all work on - not to mention variability in eyesight - it's not unreasonable for  is there anything I can tell them in response that why this is acceptable behavior?
