Sage CRM 2022 R2: UI Improvements - Sage Branding uplift for default User Interface

Sage announced a refresh of its branding globally on 28th April 2022. The refreshed brand is intended to be symbolic of the insights and experiences Sage customers will get as part of the trusted network for Small and Mid-Size Businesses (SMBs).

Sage began the transition to the new Brand in Sage CRM 2022 R2. The update to the new brand look and feel will be completed in Sage CRM 2023 R1 and this refreshing of the User Interface represents Sage’s new brand purpose and purpose:

"We build every experience with human insight and ingenuity; giving people building business the confidence to flow."

The biggest visual change that you will see in Sage CRM 2022 R2 is the use of colour in the interface. All Sage products' primary palette consists of brilliant green, black, and white. Our implementation of the colour palette will again change in the next release of Sage CRM as we will renew the icon sets, chart colours etc. By leading with black within the Sage CRM interface we want to enable Sage green to 'pop' and provide the greatest amount of visual contrast to aid accessibility.

Note: The mobile interface has been excluded from this rebranding exercise as we intend to review aspects of the mobile theme's usability and design as part of the work for Sage CRM 2023 R1.
