Sage CRM 2022 R1: Changes to Help and Available Resources

The first place that you look for help around the features and supported environments for all supported versions of Sage CRM is the Help Centre. http://help.sagecrm.com

Sage CRM 2022 R1 will be released to the Sage operating companies on Monday 31st January 2022. As part of the release, the Help Center has been updated with all of the release notes, guides and online help.

The documentation has changed to support the new features that have been added to enhance the user experience.

The User Guide and online help have been updated to include:

  • How to perform an update of territory on groups of Leads, Cases, or Opportunities
  • How to insert signature in replies and forwards
  • How to resizable table columns in email templates.

And the System Administration Guide has also been updated to include

  • How to implement Sage CRM using an Azure SQL database
  • How to carry out a mass delete of historic communications
  • How to change the default log locations
  • Understand the additional data integrity rules – no changes to users sharing one email address
  • How to configure the auto-refresh of Calendar and Calendar List
  • How to control the display of version and license key information

The Release Notes document the issues and enhancements addressed in Sage CRM 2022 R1. All these changes have been documented in the Help Center and in training material added to the community and YouTube channel. — This will be available after the release of the product.
