Sage CRM 2021 R2: UX improvements - Quote/Order template selection with the Send Quote/Order action

In Sage CRM 2021 R2 we have made a change to allows a template to be selected when using the 'Send Quote' and 'Send Order' quick mail merge feature.

In Sage CRM 2021 R1 and earlier a user could click the Send Quote or Send Order. This would use a default template to merge a pdf file that would then be attached to the email. The user would complete the email address and subject fields and then send the email.

This didn't allow for customers who have more than one template they want to use for mail merges.

Sage CRM 2021 R2 has added the ability to select the template before carrying out the rest of the merge.

The merge continues and creates the pdf that is attached to the email as before.

Hi - I appreciate that this was a long time ago, but I was wondering if you were able to resolve this problem? and if so what caused it and what was the solution? - Thanks

It doesn't matter which template we select the spinner never stops ... it doesn't do anything. We have to cancel the task.
