A new "wait cursor" or "spinner" has been added to the Sage CRM 2021 R2 interface. This spinner indicates when the system is working on tasks.

The spinner lets the user know when Sage CRM is busy and that they need to wait for the tasks to finish. A user will see the spinner when Sage CRM loads a page, processes data, is busy saving changes etc.

This small change is only part of the set of changes that Sage will continue to introduce over the new few releases. These changes are all designed to enhance the User Interface for Sage CRM.
