Over the next few releases, Sage will continue to enhance the User Interface for Sage CRM. For Sage CRM 2021 R2, Sage carried out a review of the default screens and lists for the core entities. The review recommended several changes be made to screen objects for new installations. This is to simplify screens and "de-clutter" the interface. On some screens, certain fields have been removed from display and in other places within the interface additional columns have been included. The aim is to give a customer better use of on-screen real estate and display key information appropriately. These screens will only apply to new installations.
Changes made:
Within the Company screens and lists, the following fields have been removed from display.
- comp_employees
- comp_revenue
- comp_integratedsystems
- comp_optout
This has changed the default fields within the following screen objects:

Within the main Person Summary screen, the order of fields has changed.
Within the Case screens and lists, the following fields have been removed from display.
