One small change Sage has made in new installations of Sage CRM 2021 R2 is to replace the captions of 'Fax' numbers with 'Alternative'. This change was one of the recommendations that were made following a review of the default screens and lists for the core entities.

A user working on a new installation of Sage CRM should NOT see reference to fax numbers when working with Company, Person, and Lead data.
