Sage CRM 2021 R2: Changes to Help and Available Resources

The first place that you look for help around the features and supported environments for all supported versions of Sage CRM is the Help Centre. http://help.sagecrm.com

Sage CRM 2021 R2 will be released to the Sage operating companies on Friday 6th August 2021. As part of the release, the Help Center has been updated with all of the release notes, guides and online help.

The documentation has changed to support the new features that have been added to enhance the user experience.

The User Guide and online help have been updated to include:

  • How to select a template when sending a quote or order.

And the System Administration Guide has also been updated to include

  • How to configure individual return URLs for each web form.
  • How to append quote or order ID to Word or PDF file name.
  • How to customize CSS of the current theme.
  • How to change the appearance of the pipeline chart.
  • How to view more log files from the user interface.
  • How to use demo workflow for the company entity.
  • How to view information about web browsers in the Activity database table.

NOTE: The Release Notes will be provided in English, German, French, and Spanish but translated help and guides have been discontinued. This means that only English documentation is now supplied with Sage CRM 2021 R2.

The Release Notes document the issues and enhancements addressed in Sage CRM 2021 R2. All these changes have been documented in the Help Center and in training material added to the community and YouTube channel. — This will be available after the release of the product.
