Sage CRM 2020 R2 was released to the Sage operating companies on Friday 6th August 2020. The Help Center (http://help.sagecrm.com) has been updated with all of the release notes, guides and online help.
The Help Centre should be the first place that you look for help around the features and supported environments for all supported versions of Sage CRM.
In the core guides, there have been a few significant changes.

The changes made to the the way in which unique email addresses are handled that affects the Mailchimp Integration.
And the System Administration Guide has also been updated in the following areas
And of course the sections that cover the Advanced Customization Wizard and the installation of the SDK have been updated to reflect the change in way the SDK Installer and Advanced Customization Wizard now work.
NOTE: The Release Notes will be provided in English, German, French, and Spanish but translated help and guides have been discontinued. This means that only English documentation is now supplied with Sage CRM 2020 R2.
The Release Notes document over 30 issues and enhancements addressed in Sage CRM 2020 R2. All these changes have been documented in the Help Center and in training material added to the community and YouTube channel. — This will be available after the release of the product.
