Sage CRM 2020 R1: What to expect

Sage CRM 2020 R1 has passed the QA process and will be released to the Sage OpCos on Monday 3rd February 2020 . The release demonstrates Sage's continued commitment to the integrated Sales, Marketing and Service modules for Sage Business Cloud systems within the Sage 200 franchise or family of accounting products.
The exact release date in your country will be determined by your local Sage team as the QA processes for the various integrations will need to be confirmed.
This release is focussed improving the features of the integration with Mailchimp and ensuring a user has complete freedom to work with the browser of their choice.
The developers have continued to grind down on the bugs and the Release Notes document over 30 issues addressed in this release. All these changes have been documented in the Help Center, which will be updated to include 2020 R1.
