One of my jobs within Sage is to create and deliver short training courses for my colleagues in the different Support Teams around the world. I've just started a new series of these 'bite sized' sessions. The first lesson was something of a refresher as we have had some changes in the support teams. I wanted to provide colleagues with an understanding how and why Sage CRM works the way that it does by looking at the architecture and to take a high level view of the type of key technical knowledge and skills that will be required to install and configure Sage CRM. And I also looked at the options that exist for deployment.
