A user can set the status of a Mailchimp campaign to Closed. You can see in the image below a new button is available when reviewing a Mailchimp campaign.

Note: A user must have rights to use Mailchimp campaigns in order to do this.

The campaign is only closed in Sage CRM and this doesn't affect the campaign status in Mailchimp.

My demo system only has a couple of MailChimp campaigns and you can see that one of these is now marked as Closed. Closing MailChimp campaigns in Sage CRM is particularly convenient when you have a long list of campaigns and want to move some old or unused campaigns out of your way.
