This session was created following feedback from my support colleagues that new consultants didn't always know how to 'join the dots'. They didn't always see how everything joined together. So in this short video lesson I have attempted to show how we can create a new view and follow the steps to the point a new gadget is created.
If we want to be able to create our own reports or customizations then we must be able to create and edit views. There are other eLearning lessons on the YouTube channel that cover the creation of views, reports and how each of the different gadgets are used in more details but this lesson pulls everything together.
