MailChimp is a fantastic email marketing solution that's integrated with Sage CRM 2015 R1 and Sage CRM 7.3 and lets you create online campaigns, send emails, and track results.

Before you start working with MailChimp, your System Administrator must integrate Sage CRM and MailChimp, and configure individual user settings. We've put together a short video showing how to do this.

When the integration is complete, you can build campaigns using predefined templates or create a new template from scratch. Then, you can send automated campaign emails to groups of contacts straight from Sage CRM.

Once you've started a MailChimp campaign, detailed statistics indicate how recipients have interacted with the campaign emails so you can follow up with more tailored information or targeted promotions.
